Whereas the goals are often all too quickly written on the wall, the planning and communication of the path often gets little or no consideration. Common sense recognises the consequences immediately: scattered groups and stray wanderers are the result. And this is exactly where the Lean Roadmap comes into play. It provides orientation, however leaves every company enough scope for development so that they can decide for themselves, what management methods and which Lean tools they will apply, and in what sequence and at what speed.
